PJ Camp Malik
PJ is the Design Manager at EightShapes, focusing on project and account management while advocating for an optimal user experience. She’s guided large projects for Cisco, FDIC, Yahoo! and George Washington University to a successful conclusion.
An accomplished product and design manager, she’s orchestrated many multiple-market and trial product launches for Fortune 500 companies, and a mobile advertising start-up.
Prior to EightShapes, PJ led AOL’s Product Registration team through key upgrades for AIM, AIM for iPhone, AOL Mail, WinAmp and Truveo. She’s also launched social networking widgets for TMZ, Facebook and MySpace. In addition, PJ also led the core AOL Brand creative teams through flagship software releases for the desktop software, including the first AOL for OSX.
PJ is a Certified Business Analyst (CBA) through the George Washington University School of Business and is very active in the local Washington, DC technology community. When not online, PJ is a painter. Alkyds are her favorite medium.
